You can use ordinary Greek yogurt or pre-sweeten it by mixing in some Sugar Free Torani Syrup or have a press bottle of Maple Syrup, Agave, or Honey for those that want it nearby. In the summer, you may use protein ice cream for a healthy dessert! Other toppings ideas: crumbled proteins pubs, almonds, walnuts, applesauce, or cut apple, cranberries or raisins, the list goes on and on. I used plastic cups and spoons (less clean-up) but you can use some pretty parfait glasses. Mix as well as a fork till clumps form.
