You can use ordinary Greek yogurt or pre-sweeten it by mixing in some Sugar Free Torani Syrup or have a press bottle of Maple Syrup, Agave, or Honey for those that want it nearby. In the summer, you may use protein ice cream for a healthy dessert! Other toppings ideas: crumbled proteins pubs, almonds, walnuts, applesauce, or cut apple, cranberries or raisins, the list goes on and on. I used plastic cups and spoons (less clean-up) but you can use some pretty parfait glasses. Mix as well as a fork till clumps form. Sprinkle clumps of the topping onto a baking sheet (I lined it with foil for simple clean-up) and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Allow to cool. When cool store in sealed container for many days.
I still have to earn my treats. And by being a good female and conserving up I can have a bag of potato chips or two. The very best kind of treats are those that are extremely simple, like watching a program on the player at whatever time it suits. Or soaking your foot in a bowl of warm water, while sitting down in a simple chair with your eye closed. Or picking a few flowers and putting them in a fairly vase on your window ledge. Or calling in to visit a friend and having an espresso. Or a stroll through the woods or along a canal side. Right, that’s after that it, I’m off outdoors.
